Dr. Emmelmann received his PhD from the University or Karlsruhe in 1994.
In 1995, he founded H.E.I. H.E.I. Informationssysteme in its present
form as a German GmbH exists since 1997.
H.E.I. released its first version of heitml in 1997. Since end of 1997
H.E.I. works on component oriented development. The first production version
of RADpage was released in 2001. From 2000 up to 2003 H.E.I. worked together
with 7 partners, companies and universities, in the EASYCOMP research
project Easy Composition in Future
Generation Component Systems.
